Below are copies of Subdivision Plans for Woods Edge which are on file in the Lancaster County Recorder of Deeds. Some of the Subdivision Plans were revised along the way by the Builder. Below is a description of each of these and why they're each important.

It shows Lots for town homes on Cornerstone Drive and Pine Bridge Lane
as well as Lots for some single family homes which are not part of the WEHOA.

It states:
1. This plan revises and supersedes Lot 22, 23, 24 and 25 as shown on a plan for Woods Edge recorded in Subdivision Plan Book J-192, Page 90.
2. Lot 22 to be joined in common title with Lot 23 and Lot 25 to be joined in common title with Lot 24.

Revised Subdivision Plan for 2nd Rancher Duplex on Stone Creek Rd.
It states:
1. This plan revises and supersedes Lots 38, 39, 40 and 41 as indicated on a plan for Woods Edge recorded in Subdivision Plan Book J-192, Page 90.
2. Lot 38 to be joined in common title with Lot 39 and Lot 41 to be joined in common title with Lot 40.

It states:
1. This plan revises and supersedes Lots 26, 27, 28, 29, 30 & 31, Lots 43, 44, 45, 46, 47 & 48, Lots 48A, 49, 50, 51, 52, 53 & 54, Lots 55, 56, 57, 58, 59, 60, 61 & 62. And Lots 62A, 63, 70, and 71 as indicated on a plan for Woods Edge recorded in Subdivision Plan Book J-192, Page 90.
2. Lot 26 (6,716 S.F.) will be joined in common title with a portion of Lot 27 (2,945 S.F.).
Lot 28 (3,100 S.F.) to be joined in common title with Lot 29 (3,100 S.F.) and a portion of Lot 27 (155 S.F.) and Lot 30 (155 S.F.).
Lot 31 (6,716 S.F.) to be joined in common title with a portion of Lot 30 (2,945 S.F.).
3. Lot 43 (9,111 S.F.) will be joined in common title with a portion of Lot 44 (2,945 S.F.).

Lot 60 (3,107 S.F.) to be joined in common title with a portion of Lot 59 (2,543 S.F.) and Lot 61 (861 S.F.).
Lot 62 (6,115 S.F.) to be joined in common title with a portion of Lot 61 (2,300 S.F.) and Lot 62A (627 S.F.).
6. Lot 63 (6,002 S.F.) will be joined in common title with a portion of Lot 62A (443 S.F.).
7. Lot 70 (5,721 S.F.) will be joined in common title with a portion of Lot 62A (1,015 S.F.).
8. Lot 71 (5,220 S.F.) will be joined in common title with a portion of Lot 62A (1,305 S.F.).
Subdivision Plan for Wood's Edge Phase Tw0, Section 2A drawn and filed in 2001.
It shows Lots for town homes on Sutherland Road and Stone Creek.

Revised Subdivision Plan for Wood's Edge Phase Two, Section 4 drawn and filed in 2014.
It shows Lots for town homes on Rowley Court, Stone Creek Road, and Whitechapel Road.
It states:
1. The purpose of the plan is to revise the former Subdivision Plan reducing the townhouse lots by 12.
If you compare this revision to the 2010 Subdivision Plan, the Lots have been completely re-drawn and re-numbered.
These "combined" lots will apparently not be charged "double dues" or fractional dues because of the change.
