BDRS software routines

Here is some MATLAB code for browsing the data if anyone is interested. It does not work for most of the March files for various reasons. I'll wait for Matt's version two before attempting to fix things like going over a date boundary, dealing with sampling intervals greater than 6 secs, etc. It runs fine for all April and May files.

All you have to do is set the directories in line 14-16 of the code. If you don't have a license for the mapping toolbox comment everything out from line 339 - 367 that exports GIS shapefiles for plotting.

I used to know how to run a code dependecy analysis to make sure I include all called functions, but haven't figured this out for the current MATLAB version I use. So if anything pops up as missing when you run the code just let me know.
