The End is Just the Beginning

There are only six days left until the end of the term. The clock is ticking down and we’re getting closer and closer to our actual arrival in Venice. This past week, everything has been coming together: the project proposal, the infographics, the data compilation, and everything else. Our proposal as a whole is now almost complete after weeks of hard work and sleepless nights. Once this part of our project ends, we will begin our actual work in Venice.

As our project has come together, our team has also come together. Spending late nights together while working on a project can either bring people together or tear them apart. Luckily, we have been brought closer together. We have still not had our elusive team dinner (or the cake Amanda is supposed to bake for us), but we’re very comfortable with each other now and joke with each other all of the time. We’ve also been making infographics together, giving suggestions to improve each other’s ideas. Now, at the end of the term, we are all pretty tired; some of us are also a little stressed. We will use the break to get some much-needed rest and be ready to charge ahead with our project. Our team is working together smoothly and hopefully we’ll be able to keep it up when we actually arrive in Venezia!
