Spatial regression modeling of short-term rentals in Athens, Greece

This interactive web platform (geoportal) is developed in order to visualize the spatial allocation of the results of two regression models (ordinary least squares-OLS and geographically weighted regression-GWR) applied towards predicting prices of short-term rentals in Athens, Greece. The analyzed data are represented as geospatial entities with point geometry on different well-known cartographic backgrounds. The development of the platform is based on the utilization of open-source software.
