Daal Idli

1 cup Moong Daal
1/2 cup Urad Daal
2 cloves of Garlic
2-3 Dried Red Chilies
salt per taste
1 tsp Cumin Seeds
1 medium size carrot
Soak both the Daals in water at least for 4 to 6 hours. Soak red chiles and garlic in daals. After 4-5 hours grind with minimum water adding salt and cumin. Also grind chopped carrots and mix with the daal mixture. Batter should be of Idli batter consistency. Immediately make idlis as usual. Serve warm with any kind of chutney.
Tip - Any vegetable like peas, green beans can be used to the mixture.
