This weekend I started on the research phase in my project plan, by creating a mind map to generate ideas for the content and structure of the investigation and market research work.
My progress is behind as I had planned to complete the research phase before the beginning of June.
To catch up against the project plan I will do additional hours during the weekday evenings. The planning for the investigation and market research has taken longer than expected as I have done a fair amount of reading and collecting information from the internet which I have been gathering in Microsoft OneNote.
Tasks Completed
Research and Investigation planning complete, with a draft structure and possible content set.
Additional Tasks
Allocate time during the week to catch back up with the project schedule.
