With great endeavor and enthusiasm we bring forth this edition of CONNECT. In various ways we at the UMIT Alumnae Association are making our best effort to present a panorama comprising golden old and promising new. We believe and trust that this will make a powerful combination and draw our alumni like never before.

The effort is to make the history of our esteemed institution a folklore amongst the alumni while providing important event updates and achievements made by us and grow our alumni network to reach all corners of the country and all continents.

UAA released its first e-newsletter on the occassion of its first anniversary on 15th March '09. This is the latest increment to the various activities that UAA has undertaken in last one year.

This half yearly edition would serve as an official news source to all our Alumnae, many of whom are in different parts of the World. The newsletter also hopes to grab the attention of all UMITians, students and faculty, and keep them involved and inspired.
