I know I am supposed to have sworn off inviting no brand Vietnamese instruments to Ukulele Corner and recommended to others to avoid them too. However...
When I saw this I didn't, (and still don't, but the inlay on the fretboard makes me think it is), know it was Vietnamese. It looked like it was a nick piece of koa, possibly acacia, but it looks more koa. The tuners looked like they were good quality and all looked well made so while the likelihood was far eastern there is a possibility it could be Hawaiian? (Tangi Tully use to like making mini scale Ukuleles but he signed his). It was also cheap, (but being sold by a UK seller who wasn't the original imported so no clue as to birthplace there?) and I have a soft spot for minis, hence my invite.
Now I have it I can see it is very well made and as it has been in the UK for a while, (I have no clue as to when it was made but I fairly sure it was post millenium), with no signs of cracking of warping, so the wood has been properly dried. The inlaid “Dove” (or other bird?) on the fretboard is nicely done and adds to the overall character however it is a bit stylised and doesn’t look much like a bird when it is vertical.
