This tutorial was written in PSP X and can be
used with any other version. I assume that
you have a working knowledge of PSP.

Supplies Needed:
Brushes & Fonts of choice
Plugins Needed:
~*.:*:.*~.:*:.*~.:*:.*~.:*:.*~.:*:.*~.:*:.*~.:*:.*~
Open a 600 x 600 Transparent canvas.
Ok click on your Text Tool.
Find a font you want to use.
Font size if all up to you.
Click Apply
Image > Free Rotate
Check Left
and Free set to 20
Click OK
Objects > Align > Center In Canvas
Layers > New Raster Layer
Click on your Brush Tool
Find a Brush you want to use.
Size is up to you.
Place it anywhere on your canvas.
Make sure that it does not go off the canvas anywhere.
Edit > Copy
Delete the Brush Layer.
Edit > Paste as New Layer
This will center it in your canvas..
Effects > Plugins > Simple > Half Wrap
That easy :D
Now we want to to the edges..
Pick a different Brush.
Layers > New Raster Layer
Place the brush any where on your canvas.
Ok now move your Brush to the Center Left of your Canvas.
Now this one we want it to go Half way off the canvas.
Effects > Plugins > Simple > Half Wrap
Now it should be at the Top and Bottom of your Canvas.
Ta Da!!! Now that was pretty easy huh :P
That's all there is to making a seamless tile :D
Now you got the basics down.. Put your Creativity to work! ;)
