This tutorial was written in PSP x and can be
used with any other version. I assume that
you have a working knowlage of PSP.

Tag Template 20 by Rose at Rose's Place.
Bow
Guitar
Guitar Pick
Wire
(Made by Me - Do Not Share or Use in Other Tutorials!)
Fonts of Choice.
Tube of Choice.
Mask of Choice - (Optional)
Plugins Needed:
Penta - Jeans
Penta - Color Dot
VM Extravaganza - Transmission
MuRa's Meister - Copies
Eye Candy - Gradient Glow

Open Rose's template.
Shift + D to Duplicate.
Close out the original.
Delete the Credits.
Make Raster 2 active.
Use your Selection Want and select the Rectangle.
Layers > New Raster Layer
Fill with a color from your tube.
I used #614855
Effects > Plugins > Penta > Color Dot
Settings:
Value: 100
Distance 6
Color R: 255
Color G: 255
Color B: 255
Select None
Delete the original Rectangle.
Give Shadow.
Make Raster 4 active.
Use your Selection Want and select the Rectangle.
Layers > New Raster Layer
Change your Foreground to a light color from your tube.
I used #d8c0d6
Change your Bakground to a dark color from your tube.
I used #533e4a
Click on the Gradient Tab
Settings:
Angle: 45
Repeats: 4
Invert Checked
Fill with your Gradient.
Select None
Give Shadow.
Delete the original White Rectangle.
Now type out some words.
I did 'Rocker Chick'.
Objects > Align > Center In Canvas
Plugins > MuRa's Meister > Copies
Change the Tile Gap to 2.
On your Gradient Rectangle:
Selections > Select All > Float > Defloat
Now make the Words active.
Selections > Invert
Hit 'Delete'
Select None
Change the Blend to 'Soft Light'
Make the Circle active.
Selections > Select All > Float > Defloat
Selections > Modify > Smooth
Settings:
Smoothing Ammount: 10
Corner Scale: 10
Anti-Alias: Checked
Preserve Corners: Checked
Layers > New Raster Layer
Fill with a light color from your tube.
I used #d8c0d6
Effects > Plugins > Penta > Jeans
Settings:
Ammount: 26
Border Width: 4
Selections Select All > Float > Defloat
Open the Wire.
Paste it to your canvas.
Resize it by 80%
Adjust > Sharpen
Selections > Invert
Hit 'Delete'
Merge with your circle.
Effects > Plugins > Eye Candy > Gradient Glow
Give a Medium Glow with a light color from your tube.
Give Shadow.
Delete original Circle.
Make the Words active.
Selections > Select All > Float > Defloat
Layers > New Raster Layer
Fill with a Dark color from your tube.
I used #533e4a
Effects > Plugins > Penta > Color Dot
Settings:
Value: 100
Distance 6
Color R: 255
Color G: 255
Color B: 255
Selections > Modify > Expand
Expand by 2
Effects > Plugins > Eye Candy > Gradient Glow
Give a Medium/Small Black Glow.
Select None
Delete original Words.
Make Raster 2 active.
Selections > Select All > Float > Defloat
Layers > New Rater Layer
Fill with a Mediun color from your tube.
I used #876976
Effects > Plugins > VM Extravaganza > Transmission
Settings:
Line Width: 6
Offset: 0
Contrast: 27
Effects > Plugins > Eye Candy > Gradient Glow
Give a Medium/Small White Glow.
Gibe Shadow.
Delete original layer.
Do the same for Raster Copy 3.
Now merge the 2 splats together.
Adjust > Add/Remove Noise > Add Noise
Settings:
Gaussian: Checked
Monochrome: Checked
Noise: 100
Give Shadow.
Paste your tube to your canvas.
Give Shadow.
Open the Bow.
Paste to your canvas.
Resize by 40%
Move to the right,
Duplicate and Mirror
Merge together.
Give Shadow.
Open the Guitar Pick.
Paste to your canvas.
Resize by 50%
Move to the Lower Left of your tube.
Give Shadow.
Open the Guitar.
Paste to your canvas.
Resize by 60%
Move slight to the right of your tube.
Now move down so it is behind your tube.
Give Shadow.
Now if you want you can apply you Mask.
Add your name and Artist's Copyright.
Save as .png
