Open my template.

Shift + D to Duplicate

Close the original.

Delete the credits.

Image > Image Size

775 x 775

Make the Left Rectangle Active.

Select with your Selection Wand.

Open Paper 5.

Paste to your canvas.

Selection > Invert

Hit Delete

Select None

Effects > Plugins > Eye Candy > Gradient Glow

Use these Settings:

Select the Outer Glow with your Selection Wand

Adjust > Add/Remove Noise > Add Noise

Uniform - Checked

Monochrome - Checked

Noise: 35

Select None

Give Shadow:

Vertical: 0

Horizontal: 0

Opacity: 30

Blur: 5

Color - Black

Delete the Original Left Rectangle.

Do the same for the Right Rectangle.

Make the Left Circle 1 Active.

Selections > Select All > Float > Defloat

Open Paper 16.

Paste to your Canvas.

Selection > Invert

Hit Delete

Select None

Effects > Plugins > Eye Candy > Gradient Glow

Same Settings.. Change the Second Color to #0a1f33

Select the Outer Glow with your Selection Wand

Adjust > Add/Remove Noise > Add Noise

Random - Checked

Monochrome - Checked

Noise: 35

Select None

Give Shadow:

Vertical: 0

Horizontal: 0

Opacity: 30

Blur: 5

Color - Black

Delete the Original Left Circle 1.

Do the same for the Right Circle 1.

Make the Rectangle Active.

Select with your Selection Wand.

Open Paper 17.

Paste to your Canvas.

Selection > Invert

Hit Delete

Select None

Same Settings.. Change the Second Color to #2b7fa3

Select the Outer Glow with your Selection Wand

Adjust > Add/Remove Noise > Add Noise

Paste to your canvas.

Select the Outer Glow with your Selection Wand

Adjust > Add/Remove Noise > Add Noise

Delete the Original Right Square.

Open Paper 18.

Paste to your canvas.

Selections > Invert

Hit Delete

Select None

Same Settings.. Change the Second Color to #4ebbe3

Select the Outer Glow with your Selection Wand

Adjust > Add/Remove Noise > Add Noise

Uniform - Checked

Monochrome - Checked

Noise: 35

Select None

Give Shadow:

Vertical: 0

Horizontal: 0

Opacity: 30

Blur: 5

Color - Black

Delete the Original Circle 1.

Make Glitter Circle Active.

Give Shadow:

Vertical: 0

Horizontal: 0

Opacity: 30

Blur: 5

Color - Black

Change your Foreground to #e0f5fa

Background to #4ebbe3

On your Material Properties..

Click on the Gradient Tab

Find the Foreground-Background Gradient

Angle: 36

Repeats: 5

Make Circle 2 Active.

Selections > Select All > Float > Defloat

Layers > New Raster Layer

Fill with your Gradient.

Keep Selected!!

Open your Texture.

Paste to your Canvas.

Resize if needed.

Change the Blend to Screen.

Selections > Invert

Hit Delete

Now Paste tour Close Up to your Canvas.

Move in the Circle where it looks Best to you.

Hit Delete

Select None

Change the Blend to Screen.

Delete Original Circle 2.

Make Thin Glitter Rectangle Active.

Give Shadow:

Vertical: 1

Horizontal: 1

Opacity: 30

Blur: 5

Color - Black

Make Thin Rectangle Active.

Select with your Selection Wand.

Open Paper 1.

Paste to your canvas.

Selections > Invert

Hit Delete

Select None

Delete Original Thin Rectangle.

Make Snowflake 1 Active.

Give Shadow:

Vertical: 1

Horizontal: 1

Opacity: 30

Blur: 2

Color - Black

Do the same for Snowflake 2

Now you can add your Tube & Elements of choice

to your taggie.

When your done Add your Name & Artist's Copyright.
