Scrap Kit Rockattude by Me which you can
purchase from Scraps With Attitude.
Texture 5 by Vix.
Fonts of choice.
Tube of choice.
Lines & Grids Mask 4 by Me you can get from
Creative Misfits Cretions.
Plugins Needed:
Eye Candy - Gradient Glow
Xenofex - Constellation

Open Sylvie's template.
Shift + D to duplicate.
Close the Original.
Delete the Credits.
Image > Canvas Size
775 x 650
Make Pink Rectangle Back Left active.
Select with your Selection Wand.
Open Paper 20.
Copy and paste to you canvas.
Resize by 60%
Selections > Invert
Hit 'Delete'
Select None
Effects > Plugins > EyeCandy > Gradient Glow
Select the outter Glow with your Selection Wand.
Adjust > Add/Remove Noise > Add Noise
Select None
Give Shadow
V:0
H: 0
Opacity: 30
Blur: 5
Color - Black
Delete original Pink Rectangle Back Left.
No do the same thing for Pink Rectangle Back Right.
Make Oval Large Black Dotted active.
Selections > Select All > Float > Defloat
Open Paper 3.
Copy & Paste to your Canvas.
Selections > Invert
Hite 'Delete'
Select None
Delete original Oval Large Black Dotted.
Give same Shadow as above.
Make Oval Grey active
Selections > Select All > Float > Defloat
Open Paper 6.
Copy & Paste to your Canvas.
Selection > Invert
Hit 'Delete'
Select None
Delete Oval Grey.
Make Black Dotted Rectangle Right active.
Selections > Select All > Float > Defloat
Open Paper 1.
Copy & Paste to your Canvas.
Selection > Invert
Hit 'Delete'
Select None
Delete orgiginal Black Dotted Rectangle Right.
Do this for Black Dotted Rectangle Left.
Make Black Rectangle Left active.
Select with your Selection Wand.
Open Paper 18.
Copy & Paste to your Canvas.
Resize by 75%
Selection > Invert
Hit 'Delete'
Select None
Delete original Black Rectangle Left.
Effects > Plugins > EyeCandy > Gradient Glow
Select the outter Glow with your Selection Wand.
Adjust > Add/Remove Noise > Add Noise
This time Check 'Uniform'
Select None
Do the same for Black Rectangle Right.
Make White Oval Noisy active.
Effects > Plugins > EyeCandy > Gradient Glow
Same Settings as above but change the color to Black
Select the outter Glow with your Selection Wand.
Adjust > Add/Remove Noise > Add Noise
Give Shadow
V:0
H: 0
Opacity: 30
Blur: 5
Color - Black
Make the Pink Oval active.
Selections > Select All > Float > Defloat
Open Paper 7.
Copy & Paste to your Canvas.
Resize by 75%
Selections > Invert
Hit 'Delete'
Select None
Delete original Pink Oval.
Make White Circle Noisy Right active.
Effects > Plugins > EyeCandy > Gradient Glow
Same Glow as above but change the color to #e62ca4
Select the Glow with your Selection Wand
Adjust > Add/Remove Noise > Add Noise
This time Check 'Random'
Give Shadow
V:0
H: 0
Opacity: 30
Blur: 5
Color - Black
So the same for White Circle Noisy Left.
Make Black Dotted Circle Left active.
Selections > Select All > Float > Defloat
Open Paper 14.
Copy & Paste to your canvas.
Resize by 55%
Move into the Selection
Selections > Invert
Hit 'Delete'
Select None
Delete original Black Dotted Circle Left.
Do the same for Black Dotted Circle Right.
Open up Vix's Texture 5.
Adjust > Hue & Saturation > Colorize
Hue: 0
Saturation: 0
Adjust > Brightness & Contrast > Brightness/Contrast
Brightness: 40
COntrast: 10
Layers > New Raster Layer
Fill with #e62ca4
Change the Blend to Screen
Merge Visible
Resize by 65 %
Paste your tube to the texture.
Change the Blend to screen
Duplicate
Change the Blwnd to Color (L)
Lower the Opacity to 36
Merge Visible
Make Gradient Circle Right active.
Selectione > Select All > Float > Deflost
Copy & Paste your Tube & Texture to your cnavas.
Movin into the selection.
Selections > Invert
Hit 'Delete'
Select None
Change Blend to Hard Light.
Effects > Plugins > Xenofex > Constellation
Use These Settings
Do the same for Gradient Circle Left.
Make White Circle Frame Left active
Adjust > Add/Remove Noise > Add Noise
This time Check 'Uniform'
Give Shadow
V:0
H: 0
Opacity: 30
Blur: 5
Color - Black
Same for White Circle Frame Right.
Delete Black Small Rectangle Left & Right.
Delete White Rectangle Right & Left.
Make Wordart Rockattude active.
Ok now we want to draw around the..
R, K, Second T, & E Letters
Do this on all 4 Words.
Click the Selections
Promote Selection to Layer
X out the selected layer.
Make Original active.
Ftll the Selection with #e62ca4
Adjust > Add/Remove Noise > Add Noise
This time Check 'Random'
Effects > Plugins > EyeCandy > Gradient Glow
Same Glow as above but change the color to White.
Give Shadow
V:1
H: 1
Opacity: 25
Blur: 2
Color - Black
Open a New Image 425 x 425
Fill with #e62ca4
Open my Lines & Grids Mask 4
On your new Canvas..
Layers > New Mask Layer > From Image
Find my Maskin in the Drop Down Menu
Click 'OK'
Delete Mask
Merge Group
Copy & Paste to your Canvas.
Arrange to what looks best to you.
Do this same thing but with your Mask being Black.
Merge the Mask Layer together.
Lower the Opacity to 65
Duplicate Cnage the Opacity Back to 100
Effects > Plugins > Xenofex > Constellation
Use These Settings
Open Frame 1.
Copy & Paste to your canvas.
Resize by 55%
Move below the White Circle Noisy Right
Move to where it sits behind the Circle.
OK Now you can add your tube.
Add some Elements of choice.
Effects > Plugins > EyeCandy > Gradient Glow
Same Glow as above but change the color to White.
Give Shadow
V:0
H: 0
Opacity: 30
Blur: 5
Color - Black
Duplicate Move Below White Circle Noisy Left.
Move to where it sits behind the Circle.
Now you can add some Elements of choice.
Once finished add your Name & Artist's Copyright.
Merge Visible
Crop
Save as .png
