Open Temp 313

Duplicate & Close Original

Delete Credits

Open Tube

Copy & Paste Tube to Temp

Resize as needed

Give Shadow

Make the Top Dark Blue Rectangle Active

Selections > Select All > Float > Defloat

Open A Paper Of Choice

Click On Materials

Click Pattern Tab

Locate Paper

Rotate: 0

Scale: 70

Fill With Paper

Select None

Now Do this with other Paper and the other

Layers Until you Get to the Black Circle

Delete the Black Circle & Red Glitter Circle

Also Delete the Shield and its Background

Open Frame 1

Copy & Paste to Canvas

Resize by 75%

Duplicate

Move Below Frame

Selections > Select All > Float > Defloat

Selections > Modify > Expand

Expand by 2

Fill with White

Adjust > Add/Remove Noise > Add Noise

Settings:

Random: Checked

Monochrome: Checked

Noise: 36

Add Shadow

Make the Dark Blue Circle Active

Selections > Select All > Float > Defloat

Open A Paper Of Choice

Click On Materials

Click Pattern Tab

Locate Paper

Rotate: 0

Scale: 70

Fill With Paper

Select None

Make the Yellow Stars Active

Adjust > Add/Remove Noise > Add Noise

Settings:

Random: Checked

Monochrome: Checked

Noise: 15

Add Shadow

Now you can add your choice of elements

When finished add Artist's Copyright & Name

Apply your mask of choice

Crop

Save as PNG
