Xero - Fritillary
VM Extravaganza - Transmission
Penta - Color Dot & Jeans

Shift + D to Duplicate
Close out the original
Delete the Credits
Make Black Rectangle Active
Effects > Plugins > PhotoEffex > Scanlines
Default Settings > Change Noise to 20
Give Shadow
Make Top White Square Active
Effects > Plugins > VM Extravaganza > Transmission
Line Width > 3
Offset > 0
Contrast > 20
Now Give a Gradient Glow of choosing
Give Shadow
Same Settings for Bottom White Square
Make Top Grey Rectangle Active
Effects > Plugins > Penta > Jeans
Amount > 31
Border Width > 4
Give Gradient Glow
Add Shadow
Do the same for Bottom Grey Rectangle
Make Round Grey Rectangle Active
Effects > Plugins > Xero > Fritillary
Change..
Tesselation > 30
Variation > 30
Give Gradient Glow
Add Shadow
Make Grey Circle Left Active
Selections > Select All > Float > Defloat
Open your Close Up
Copy & Paste to Canvas
Move into Selection
Duplicate Tube
Make Original Active
Change Blend to Luminance (Legacy)
Make Copy Tube Active
Change Blend to Soft Light
Selections > Invert
Hit Delete
Both Copy & Original
Select None
Make the Copy Tube Active
Effects > Plugins > L en K > L en K's Zitah
Default Settings
Make Original Tube Active
Effects > Texture Effects > Blinds
Width > 2
Opacity > 12
Color - Black
Horizontal & Light from Left/Top - Checked
Give Gradient Glow
Add Shadow
Make Grey Circle Right
Make the Black Circle Active
Open the Words
Copy & Paste to Canvas
Open the Frame
Copy & Paste to Canvas
Resize 75%
Duplicate
Selections > Select All > Float > Defloat
Modify > Expand
Expand > 2
Fill With Color from your Tube
Select None
Adjust > Add/Remove Noise > Add Noise
Random - Checked
Monochrome - Checked
Noise > 36
Move Below Frame
Add Shadow
Open Music Frame
Copy & Paste to Canvas
Resize 82%
Adjust > Add/Remove Noise > Add Noise
Random - Checked
Monochrome - Checked
Noise > 36
Give Shadow
Add your Bow to your taggie
Give Shadow
Copy & Paste Main Tube to Canvas
Resize if needed
Give Shadow
Add Your Sparkles
Make the Background Active
Full with Color from Tube
Apply Mask
Add Artist Copyright
Add Your Name
Crop
Save as .png
