Open Temp 312

Duplicate & Close Original

Delete Credits

Open Tube

Copy & Paste Tube to Temp

Resize as needed

Give Shadow

Make the Top Light Blue Square Active

Selections > Select All > Float > Defloat

Open A Paper Of Choice

Click On Materials

Click Pattern Tab

Locate Paper

Rotate: 0

Scale: 70

Fill With Paper

Select None

Now Do this with other Paper and the other

Layers Until you Get to the Yellow Stars

Make the Left Yellow Star Active

Selections > Select All > Float > Defloat

Layers > New Raster Layer

Fill with Gradient of Choice

Copy & Paste Close Up Tube

Move into Selection

Selections Invert

Hit Delete

Select None

Change the Blend to Screen

Effects > Plugins > L en K > Zitah

Default Settings

Make the Gradient Layer active

Effects > Texture Effects > Blinds

Settings:

Width: 2

Opacity: 10

Color: Black

Horizontal: UNChecked

Light From Left/Top: Checked

Open Frame 2

Copy & Paste to Canvas

Image > Free Rotate

Right by 25

Resize Frame by 48

Move frame over Star to where it fits

Image > Canvas Size

Change to 785 x 650

Merge the tube and gradient together

Duplicate

Mirror

Merge Left & Right together

Duplicate Frame

Mirror

Merge Left & Right together

Duplicate Frame Again

Selections > Select All > Float > Defloat

Selections > Modify > Expand

Expand by 2

Fill with White

Move Below Frame

Select None

Adjust > Add/Remove Noise > Add Noise

Settings:

Random: Checked

Monochrome: Checked

Noise: 36

Add Shadow

Delete Left & Right Yellow Stars

Give a Shadow to the White Glitter Circle

Make the Green Circle Active

Effects > Plugins > Penta > Jeans

Default Settings

Make the Dark Blue Circle Active

Selections > Select All > Float > Defloat

Layers > New Raster Layer

Effects > Plugins > MuRa's Meister > Clouds

In the Dropdown Menu

Change to Nebula

Default Settings

Just Change Colors to Match

Keep Selected

Effects > Plugins > VM Natural > Sparkle

Max Size: 13

Red, Green, Blue: All 255

RndColor On/Off: 255

Random Speed: 142

Select None

Give Shadow

Delete Dark Blue Circle

Make the Planet Active

Effects > Plugins > Xero > Fritillary

Settings:

Just Change:

Tesselation: 30

Variation: 75

Give Shadow

Make the Colored Stars Active

Adjust > Add/Remove Noise > Add Noise

Settings:

Random: Checked

Monochrome: Checked

Noise: 15

Add Shadow

Now Feel Free to add Elements of choice

When your are finished

Add Artist Copyright and Name

Merge All Layers

Save as PNG
