Fonts of choice.
Tube of choice.
Mask of choice.
Plugins Needed:
Eye Candy - Gradient Glow (OPTIONAL)
Xero - Fritillary

Open the Temp 315
Duplicate & Close Original
Delete Credits
Open Tube
Copy & Paste to Canvas
Resize if Needed
Give Shadow
Make the Top Yellow Rectangle active
Open A Paper Of Choice
Click On Materials
Click Pattern Tab
Locate Paper
Rotate: 0
Scale: 70
Layers > New Raster Layer
Fill With Paper
Now Do this with other Papers and the other
Layers Until you Get to the White Glitter Circle
Delete the White Glitter Circle
Make the Pink Circle Active
Open Frame 1
Copy & Paste to Canvas
Resize 80%
Duplicate
Move below Original
Selections > Select All > Float > DeFloat
Selections > Modify > Expand
Number Of Pixels: 2
Layers > New Raster Layer
Fill With Color of choice
Adjust > Add/Remove Noise > Add Noise
Settings:
Random: Checked
Monochrome: Checked
Noise: 36
Add Shadow
Make the Pink Circle Active
Selections > Select All > Float > DeFloat
Fill with Paper of Choice
Make the Stars Active
Mirror both stars & glitter background
Selections > Select All > Float > DeFloat
Fill with Colors & Paper of Choice
Give Glitter Background a Shadow
On just the colored Stars
Effects > Plugins > Xero > Fritillary
Settings:
Just Change:
Tesselation: 30
Variation: 75
Delete original Green Stars
Now you can add other elements of choice
When finished
Add Artist's Copyright & Name
Crop
Save as PNG
