The world set ablaze is where I reside,
sharp tongues,
and fiery words,
fuel the flames.
Hate makes it burn hotter,
trees blacken,
and the sky is ashen,
embers blind the people.
Tensions boil,
like molten lava,
that flows where oceans used to be,
consuming those who ignorantly jump in.
Animals become beasts,
that resemble each person,
they steal souls,
and eat the beautiful hearts of the caring.
Tight-knit societies,
become roaring mobs,
that attack at the drop of a hat,
for no reason at all.
Religious leaders become the most corrupt,
sitting back they sharpen their claws,
and bury them in the backs of the spiritually insecure,
like monstrous ventriloquists controlling mangled puppets.
The world set ablaze with ignorance and stupidity,
is where I reside,
still me,
trying to heal the burns an uncloud eyes.
