About the Distracted Globe

We are a group of professionally trained actors from around the Greenville area, focusing on improv and classical comedy.  We are committed to bringing Greenville high-quality professional theatre for less than the cost of a movie.  We are currently in residence at The Warehouse Theatre.

Our Mission

We believe laughter is an invitation to connection. We believe that we can extend this invitation by presenting entertaining, affordable, and worthwhile productions of classic comedies and comedy-improv. 

We believe it is time to renew the vital connection between a theatre and its community. Through innovative and often irreverent means, we will strive to illuminate the relevance and worth of traditional theatrical forms in hopes that they will enrich the perspectives of artists and audience.
