Medtech and Co-owner of CARMA
Twin of Ness and co-owner of CARMA, Leena was the trophy second wife of Sarkissian Medical Intervention founder Savisht Sarkissian. When he passed away, he bequeathed her a large sum of money and a quarter of SMI's contracts, which she leveraged in the creation of CARMA, a rival for SMI.
At one time, Leena was the primary medtech on the Blue Goose, but now works in the office most days.
Doctor and Co-owner of CARMA
Twin of Leena and co-owner of CARMA, Ness was well on his way to graduating medical school when he decided to take a sabbatical and join a humanitarian mission to Columbia. That humanitarian mission ended up smack between two armies, and Ness got to see his fair share of horror rather quickly. Returning from the conflict, Ness finished medical school and went to work at SMI with Leena until Savisht's death. After Leena inherited part of SMI, they decided to break off on their own. At one time, Ness was the primary doctor on the Blue Goose, but now operates the surgery department at CARMA HQ.
Lawyer
Dick Vince is the man you go to when you're fighting medical malpractice. Not because he's high priced and fancy or has a law firm near downtown. You go for Dick because he actually knows a little something about medical law. Back in the early 90s, three students from the University of Chicago performed radical "medical" treatment on him against his will, and the Board of Trustees thought it would be cheaper to leave him for dead than settle up. He got them back though, as Dick went to law school at night (which is good because most people get arrested at night) and brought a successful series of motions before the court that forced the Board to pay him a large settlement.
Since that time, Dick does law for several of the smaller Armed Medical Intervention companies. He worked for SMI at one point, but he was fired for reasons protected by a Non-Disclosure Agreement.
Office Manager/Receptionist
Winnibeth Wins believes CARMA can become something great, as long as people stop screwing up. She graduated from NYU five years ago before moving to Chicago to be with her girlfriend. After that went south in a spectacular way (on the 6 o'clock news), Winnie rented a small apartment to be close to work... which would be convenient if she ever went home.
Ambulance Driver
Karl got his start in Chicago as a bus driver before the accident that left three people dead and Black Rain swearing vengeance on him. He swears it was the go-gangers that started it, but with only 5 points left on his license, he couldn't remain employed with the city after the accident. He has instead turned to driving for private individuals. He just really hopes the Black Rain doesn't find out where he's employed.

He looks for chances to gain money, information, or leverage and power over others in most any situation. Most people who interact with Andre need something from him. Very few are close enough to want to be around him.

As of 2117, Tara Bluestone has reappeared under the control of the cybernetics company NeuroCyne. She was the main control interface of the Asura program to create nano-engineered super soldiers that had an AI controller. If you are going to make a life with guns you should have a gun guy, and if you have a gun guy, you should have him on speed dial. "Hell, bullets aren'g going to make themselves now are they. If he can't find it, he can make it. He enjoys a good conspiracy and loves to come off as a crack pot and nut job, don't let that fool you. Inside every conspiracy there is a nugget of potential truth, it just takes a skilled man to separate the wheat from the chaff and he is very skilled at that. One such conspiracy is that his position at the Continental Gun Room is just a cover for his real job in corporate espionage. The CGR is a preferred unofficial gathering point among many of the corp security consultants around the Sprawl. This allows for useful information to be passed, basically a useful backdoor form of diplomacy taht can be denied by those on the affected Boards of Directors.
