NOTE: As shown in the above video, close your hands to form loose fists and then place your loose fists at your lower back at the position where you would normally put on a belt (your thumb and your curled index finger should be touching your back--bare skin with no layer of clothing--and rubbing it slowly with each up and down movement). This exercise is mainly about moving your knees and ankles to strengthen your kidney (I recommend alternating each movement between your legs during this exercise, with your fist rubbing gently against your back; if you'd like you can move slightly forward and backward). Your focus should be on the movement of your knees and ankles, as well as your kidney, rather than your hands (that way your hands won't get too tired).
