The movements in the clips are easy enough to understand despite just having the Chinese narratives. I tried to add some English notes to help viewers understand better in order to perform the movements more properly. I only have time to add notes to four clips. NOTE: The hand that is at the back presses hard on the back (with the help of the other hand pushing backward) and then the same hand that is at the back pulls forward while still pressing hard on the muscle. Then focus on the two fingers (index and middle fingers) and press them once above and once below the collarbone. Remember to take each movement slow and gentle. Do the movement 20 times, alternating between left and right shoulders.

NOTE: Start watching at 2:20 minutes. This is a unique way of rejuvenating our cells by an imaginary touch of our entire body. After taking a bath (feel free to sing aloud), let dry (10 minutes or so), and then start an imaginary touch (very close but not really touching) over every inch of our body. The mind follows each move of this touch. Best to do this naked and eyes closed. I think this exercise is sensational and will help people who have anxiety problem. By uniting our mind and body, it will help calm our nerve.
