Windows 8.x - How to completely disable Windows from asking for MS Account and to remove an option to sign in with MS Account.
In order to change settings for "Windows Settings", Group Policy Editor can be used to change Group Policy Settings. To do so, one must:
1. Run Group Policy Editor by executing the file "GPEdit.msc"
2. Go to the location shown in the image
3. Change the setting as shown in the image
If modifying Group Policy Settings do not take sufficient effect, then settings for "Group Policy Settings" can be changed by modifying Registry Settings either with Registry Editor or with Notepad. In order to change Registry Settings from Registry Editor, one must:
1. Run Registry Editor by executing the file "RegEdit"
2. Go to the location shown in the image below
3. Change the value of a string, "NoConnectedUser", to "1" as shown in the image below
