Inland Lakes

Introduction

Southwest Michigan has many inland lakes to explore with friends and family. These lake are also great places to go out and work on paddling skills when you only have a few hours to paddle. The map below has handful of sites to get you started. The largest lake is Gun Lake followed by Gull Lake. There are some lakes that connect to each other through marshy channels which turn some of the smallest lakes into lengthy, interesting paddle trips.
