The recruitment process includes 2 parts:

• Round 1: Online Test
• Round 2: Personal Interview

Online Test Pattern

The Infosys Online Written Test has 3 sections: (in the given order)

1. Logical Reasoning - (15 Questions of a very high difficulty level are to be answered in 35 minutes; Questions are based on Data Interpretation, Data Sufficiency, Blood Relations and Syllogisms among others)

2. Quantitative Aptitude - (10 Questions of a medium difficulty level to be answered in 25 minutes; Questions are based on Probability, Permutations and Combinations, Number Systems, Ratio and Proportion, etc. )

3. Verbal Ability - (40 Questions of medium - difficult level to be answered in 35 minutes; Questions are based on Reading Comprehension, Grammar, Vocabulary, Antonyms and Synonyms, Sentence Correction, and Theme Detection among others)

Note that

• Candidates can swap between questions freely within any given section but they cannot swap between sections.
• There are no negative marks for wrong answers.

Personal Interview

Most of the questions are HR based and some relate to technical areas, such as C and C++.
