Time Management

People are driven by the urgency of a situation but not by its importance. In this way, they are always caught up in "the thick of thin things". Some of us intuitively realize that we are out of sync with our own inner voices, but we don't seem to have a clue to how to reverse our priorities. We may simply give up and blame it on fate or karma.

Understanding the underlying paradigms of time management is critically important here, because our paradigms greatly impact the way we see the world. 

Our time management program pushes participants in the direction of first clarifying and fixing what is utmost important in their lives. With this as the basis, a mission statement is prepared and participants will then define their many different roles and corresponding goals.All the participants then learn how to use the latest time management tools and techniques to put first things first in their lives. In other words, they learn how to take control of their lives by prioritizing important activities and not unimportant and urgent ones.

 Team Work

Teamwork is often a crucial part of a business, as it is often necessary for colleagues to work well together, trying their best in any circumstance. Teamwork means that people will try to cooperate, using their individual skills and providing constructive feedback, despite any personal conflict between individuals.

Effective teamwork typically happens when team members know their roles, understand the project objectives, communicate effectively and solve problems efficiently. Developing effective teams usually starts by conducting team-building exercises.

Our training programs include workshops, seminars, mentoring, and self-paced alternatives. By providing these options to your team, you can help each person appreciate diversity, value the contributions of others, manage time effectively and resolve conflicts. Communication and Interpersonal Skills 

Everyone knows that communication is vital to himself and organizations. But not everyone is able to create the type of information-rich work setting that is necessary for success in today's complex and demanding work setting. Even the word, "communication" may be used without clear agreement on its meaning - or implications. It a word that everyone thinks they understand until asked to state a formal definition.

Communication is a process of sending and receiving messages with attached meanings. All though this process may appear very elementary, it is not quite as simple as it seems. Only when communication is genuine and the information flows are unrestricted will the payoffs of the new information technologies be fully realized.

UgandharOnline employs latest methods and techniques in order to help participants understand their own personal styles of communication. By becoming more aware of how others perceive us, we can adapt more readily to their styles of interacting. This does not, however, mean that we have to act like a chameleon changing with every personality we meet. Instead we can make another person more comfortable with us by selecting and emphasizing certain behaviors the fit within our personality and resonate with another.

Spoken English

We believe in personalizing language-learning to the greatest possible extent. In keeping with this golden rule, Spoken English training is offered at three different levels each with a distinct focus.

1. Beginner Level (ideal for those with little or no exposure to English.)

2. Intermediate Level ( apt for those with at least 3 years of exposure to academic English as used in a high school.)

3. Advanced Level ( most suitable for those who aspire to become expert users of English language.) 

All levels include basic English grammar and usage, vocabulary and word lists, theme based structure drills, reading, speaking, and writing exercises

Personal Effectiveness

Every day we spend our time and energy on achieving goals. But different people reach their goals by paying different costs. It happens because each one of us has a different personal effectiveness. Our effectiveness depends on our innate characteristics - talent and experience accumulated in the process of personal development.

Our personal effectiveness training program focuses on inculcating great habits for achieving personal and interpersonal excellence.

Faculty Development Program

Faculty development, or staff development as it is often called, has become an increasingly important component of higher education. Staff development activities have been designed to improve teacher effectiveness at all levels of the educational continuum (e.g. undergraduate, postgraduate and continuing education).

Faculty development refers to “that broad range of activities institutions use to renew or assist faculty in their many roles.” That is, faculty development is a planned program to prepare institutions and faculty members for their academic roles and to improve an individual’s knowledge and skills in the areas of teaching, research and administration.

The goal of our faculty development is to train faculty members on effective teaching and/ training skills, especially instructional material design and delivery skills, relevant to their institutional setting and faculty position, and to sustain their vitality both now and in the future.

Stress Management 

Stress is an internal reaction to events and circumstances that challenge us to make changes in our lives. There are both external and internal causes of stress.

When we experience a number of internal and/or external stressors over a period of time (i.e., weeks, months, years), there is a negative impact on us physically, mentally, and emotionally. As a result, people frequently turn to ineffective and, usually, self-destructive behaviors to try to cope.

Our training program offers numerous healthy strategies and techniques available to cope with stress effectively.

Business English 

Business English will help students to activate and extend their knowledge of English and gain the necessary confidence and skills to use it for their own purposes. It encourages them to think about language creativity. There will be many opportunities for individual, pair and group work and private study at home. This program includes a wide range of activities and approaches designed to appeal to different personal learning styles. 

This training program uses a variety of learning strategies to introduce new words, to provide opportunities to use words students already know, and to encourage them to use words generatively.

Emotional Intelligence

Those with high levels of emotional intelligence are able to understand the physical, mental and social impact that negative emotions have on their bodies, minds, relationships, and ability to pursue and achieve goals. They then are able to moderate their own emotions so that their emotions support their activities and enhance their quality of life. 

Emotional intelligence involves a combination of competencies which allow a person to be aware of, to understand and to be in control of their own emotions, to recognize and understand the emotions of others, and to use this knowledge to foster their success and the success of others. 

Our training program shows how emotional intelligence can be used for workplace productivity.
