Manthina Ugandhar is the Founder-Director and Chief Trainer at UgandharOnline. He is completely dedicated to the mission of offering high-impact, outcome-based training programs, seminars and workshops to help corporations, big and small, and educational institutions, old and new, to transform their young talent into effective leaders in their respective domains.
A voracious reader, certified NLP practitioner, motivational speaker, teacher and master trainer, Ugandhar currently works closely with many young professionals, managers, specialist workers, team leaders, supervisors and students to help them achieve their full potential. He takes abiding interest in designing, developing and delivering training courses in such diverse and critical areas as personal effectiveness, principle-centered leadership, communication and interpersonal skills, presentation skills, time management, stress management, team work, business etiquette, emotional intelligence, problem-solving and decision-making skills, etc.
Mr. Ugandhar had a stellar academic success. He holds a Master of Business Administration degree from the Heriot-Watt University, Edinburgh, UK. He was also a recipient of Junior Research Fellowship and Lecturership award from the University Grants Commission, New Delhi, the apex body controlling higher education in India. He was earlier a topper at the all-India UGC- NET examination, whereupon he was awarded lecturership by the UGC. Mr. Ugandhar also holds a Certified Diploma in NLP Coaching from ABNLP, USA.
