A great trainer is not a great facilitator or teacher, but a great disruptor. He completely shakes up and mercilessly dismantles a trainee's mental paradigms, perspectives and persona by forcing him/her to re-imagine them in the light of new and more compelling ones that he advances before them or forces them to discover for themselves. Like Albert Einstein once remarked, the significant problems of our present time cannot be solved by the same level of thinking at which they are created. A paradigm shift in cognitive and behavioral habits is what a great trainer produces in the trainees. Disruption of the old and creation of the new.
