Will of Mary Stonor February 24th 1806 (proved May 2nd 1829)

In the Name of God Amen I Mary Stonor of Spetisbury in the County of Dorset Spinster make my last Will and Testament in manner following that is to say I give devise and bequeath All my Real and Personal estate and Effects whatsoever and wheresoever in possession reversion remainder or expectancy or otherwise howsoever unto Frances Witham and Margaret Tunstall both of Spetisbury aforesaid Spinsters their heirs Executors Administrators and Assigns And I appoint the said Frances Witham and Margaret Tunstall Executrixes of this my Will hereby revoking and making void all former and other Wills by me at any time heretofore made In witness whereof I have hereunto set my hand and seal this 24th day of February in the year of Our Lord one thousand eight hundred and six Mary Stonor S…

On the 2nd May 1829 Admon (with the Will annexed) of the Goods Chattels and credits of Mary Stonor late of Spetisbury in the County of Dorset Spinster deceased was granted to Catherine Berington the Administratix (with the Will annexed) of the Goods of Margaret Tunstall Spinster deceased who was whilst living the surviving Executrix and surviving universal Legatee named in the Will of the said deceased having been first sworn by Commission? duly to Administer The said Margaret Tunstall survived the said deceased and died without having taken upon herself the probate and Execution of the said Will or Letters of Admon with the said Will annexed of the said Goods of the said deceased Frances Witham Spinster the other Executrix and the other universal Legatee died in the lifetime of the said deceased
