Thanks for supporting the Lappiesbaai 5 and 10 km that was run on Wednesday morning @ 07:00 on the Lappiesbaai beach. The results and pics of the 2022 run:

Route: A beachrun on the Stilbaai East beach- flat and hard sand during the low tide.

Entry fee: R100.

Pre-entries at Lappiesbaai restaurant on Tuesday 20 December between 17:00 and 18:00 or from 06:00 before the race starts on Wednesday 20th.

Commemorative lanyards to first 300 finishers!

Start and finish on the Stilbaai East main beach at the Lappiesbaai restaurant.
