The Apple Tree
South St. Paul Secondary School's Spring Musical
The Apple Tree will be our Spring High School Musical this year. The original Broadway cast of this show starred Alan Alda and Barbara Harris (who won a Tony for her performance in this show). The 2007 revival of The Apple Tree also won a Tony award and starred Broadway darling, Kristin Chenoweth.
The Apple Tree is based on three American short stories: an Adam and Eve story by Mark Twain, "The Lady or the Tiger?" by Frank R. Stockton, and "Passionella," a modern Cinderella story by cartoonist Jules Feiffer. All three stories share a common theme of exploring the often hilarious troubles between men and women as they pursue their dreams.

April 28, 29, and 30 at 7:00 pm
May 1 at 2:00 pm
Advance tickets are $7 for students/seniors, and $9 for adults.
At the door tickets are $8 for students/seniors, and $10 for adults.
