- ·New tire pressure law. Tire pressure must be set and recorded on the final invoice at every service and repair.

- ·Code pulling/check engine light. We will access codes at no charge, no appointment required. Pull codes, pop the hood and check that nothing obvious is going on. Then sell tests for that fault code. When necessary explain why the tool can not tell us why a part is bad(discuss)
- ·Never say our parts aren’t O.E. unless you have already given the customer a choice about part price/quality. If your running into a consistent part quality issue blame china, or the shipper. Never cast doubt on the quality of our parts choice. Customers assume we are using all O.E. parts, or the best parts available.
- ·Data entry to ROWriter.
- oCustomer source. If you are to embarrassed or uncomfortable to ask how they found out about us AT LEAST enter that they are a new customer.
- oMake sure to specify wholesale customers, i.e. fleet, body shops, our loaner cars and assign them them correct department. If they are in “shop” Kevins bonus will be affected.
