i. Darzi Scheme
Darzi Fellowships: The Darzi Fellowship Programme aims to develop future clinical leaders by combining workbased experience, working on a Fellowship Challenge, as well as academic study through our bespoke leadership development programme: PGCert Leadership in Health (Darzi).

ii. LEEP Fellow - Leadership Fellow (Kings)
The fellowship allows the successful applicant to work directly with the London office o HEE, specifically with Postgraduate Deans Team focussing on ‘Leading through Education to Excellent patient Care (LEEP) programme’ LEEP is a programme which aims to promote leadership development and collaborative working across the healthcare system. The job will allow you to coordinate other leadership programmes from juniors and recruit more personnel for LEEP programme delivery.
iii. Chief Registrar Jobs (RCP funded)
Chief registrars work in clinical practice and have 40 to 50% of their time protected to develop, lead and support projects which focus on key local challenges and priorities. This may include service improvement, engagement and morale, education and training, workforce and sustainability. Email chiefregistrar@rcp.ac.uk for further information.

iv. Quality Improvement Fellow in Renal Medicine ST 6-8 (Oxford)
The post holder will spend part of their time working with the Royal College of Physicians supporting the wider development of improvement activities. At the end of the tenure, it is anticipated that QI fellows would have delivered successful projects within the renal department to improve patient safety and quality of care and have supported a national programme through RCP.
