Naoko Kato-Nitta, Ph.D student (D5 in 5-year course)

Naoko Kato-Nitta came to SOKENDAI in 2007 as a PhD student.

She is interested in social, cultural and psychological aspects of human behavior, especially their behavior in organizations.

Her PhD thesis project is on organizational behavior of Japanese scientists engaged in basic sciences in public research institutions.
