The finance committee invites you to consider signing up for automatic contributions to support the church. Enrolling in automatic giving is super easy and provides several benefits:
Consistency – Even if you’re away, your giving remains steady.
Convenience – No need to remember to bring cash or a check.
Financial Stability – Helps our Finance Committee plan and budget more effectively.
By setting up automatic contributions, you make giving easier for yourself while also supporting the church’s ongoing ministries and outreach efforts. To sign up, all you have to do is fill out a VERY simple one-page form. You can pick it up at coffee hour after any service or contact the church office to have one sent to your home. Thank you for considering this option.
A message from Judy Swain. May 12th…7PM is our next women’s meeting. I strongly encourage everyone to attend to welcome our exciting, dynamic guest speaker, Doug Bartling. His mission is called “Over the Bridge”.
First, a little background…Doug grew up living the street life Schenectady (drugs, partying, degenerate gambler) and then he settled down doing construction work and was about to get married. In 2007 he broke his neck in a diving accident and was paralyzed from his chest down. From then till now he got a college degree in human services; he worked with Albany broadcasting doing the traffic and weather news…then into public speaking which led to voice overs. Now he goes by The voquadfather.com in the voiceover industry. Since 2019 Doug’s outreach is to travel weekly into the inner city…visiting with the homeless and sharing the message that they have gift to give and to never give up despite their hopeless situation. I am really looking forward to Doug’s presentation and I hope you are too! Bring a friend…ask your husband (men are welcome!!) … or anyone who would like to hear more about this exciting outreach. Its mission statement is…”to share the love of Christ and Giving Hope to ALL people.”
