Gentle Exercises

Gentle exercises are Friday at 10 am.

Andrea Playford and Gail Ermel are the leaders, both have been involved with the VON programme.

The exercises are low impact while incorporating moving most muscles and joints and working on balance.

Your involvement is at your own pace whether sitting or standing.

If you have an exercise stretch band, please bring with you

The cost is $2.00 for non-members and $1.00 for members.
