Om Shivaaya Namah
Maharishi Parashara has described the Kāla Chakra dasa as the supreme of all dasas. In this page I shall try to describe the dasa sequence as given by Maharishi.
Firstly, Maharishi describes two types of chakra to be constructed.
Savya and Apasavya Chakra
54-55. By drawing vertical and horizontal lines, prepare 2 Kundalis, Savya and Apsavya, of 12 apartments (Kosthas) each. From the second Kostha in each Kundali fix the Rashis Mesh, Vrishabh, Mithun, Kark, Simh, Kanya, Tula, Vrischik, Dhanu, Makar, Kumbh, Meen. Then Nakshatras may be incorporated in the manner, indicated hereafter. These Kundalis, indicative of the 12 Rashis, are called Kala Chakra.
For Ease of understanding the motions I am depicting the below diagrams. Please note that Apasavya chakra is little different. The Apasavya Chakra is like a mirror reflection of the Savya Chakra. Aries reflection is Scorpio, Taurus reflects as Libra etc except for Cancer and Leo since they lord only one signs. They reflect as themselves. Cancer Reflects as Cancer and Leo and Leo itself

Savya and Apasavya Nakshatras
Then Parashara groups the 27 nakshatra in triads (threes) sequentially,
56-58. Write Ashvini, Bharani and Kritika in the Savya Chakr and Rohini, Mrigashira, Ardra in the Apsavya. Then incorporate the three following Nakshatras, Punarvasu, Pushya and Aslesha in the Savya and Magha, Purvaphalguni and Uttaraphalguni in the Apsavya. Then incorporate the three following, Hast, Chitra and Swati in the Savya and Vishakah, Anuradha and Jyeshtha in the Apsavya. Then incorporate Mul, Purvashadha and Uttarashadha in the Savya and Shravan, Dhanishtha and Shatabhisha in the Apsavya. Finally incorporate the last three Nakshatras, Purvabhadrapad, Uttarabhadrapad and Revati in the Savya Chakr. Now there will be 15 Nakshatras in the Savya and 12 Nakshatras in the Apsavya, (because for the 12 Rashis there are 12 Padas of 3 Nakshatras, the Navāńśas). The Padas of Ashvini, Punarvasu, Hast, Mul, Purvabhadrapad, Kritika, Aslesha, Swati, Uttarashadha and Revati of the Savya should be reckoned in the same manner, as the Padas of Ashvini.
This is depicted in the below table. The Light Green cells are savya nakshatra and and Light blue cells are apasavya nakshatra. The Dasa sequence to be selected for each of the nakshatra will depend the group to which the nakshatra belongs. For Ease of identification, The first column indicates the dasa-group the nakshtra belongs to i.e 00,01,10,11. Where the first digit 0 indicates the Savya(0) or Apasavya(1). Within each group Savya or Apasavya nakshatra there are two types of sequence indicated by "0" and "1" in the 2nd digit. Hope this digit grouping will make it easier to understand with the next dasa table

Dasa Sequences
Each of the Nakshatra pada is then given a dasa sequence. If you see the dasa sequence is either flows on Savya and Apasavya cycle alternatively. The cycle flow is given below the tables. The Left most column with "00","01" etc can be used to refer with Table I
Table II : Dasa Sequence Identification for each Pada
Savya Chakra Cycles
The below diagram indicates how the sequence can commence in Savya Chakra. In Savya Chakra the sequence can either go clockwise from Aries or Go Anticlockwise from Pisces.
Figure 3 : Savya Chakra Cycles
Apasavya Chakra Cycles
The below figure indicates to two types of cycles possible in a Apasavya Chakra. From Scorpio it goes clockwise (in apasavya chakra it seems, but sequence looks anticlockwise) and From Sagittarius it goes counter-clockwise

Sub-Cycles within the Nakshatra Triads
If you refer the Table II of dasa sequence you will note the following
