Hamilton/Burlington SPCA
Community Assistance Program through the HBSPCA offers spay/neuter operations to cats and dogs who meet he age and wellness criteria found on the website.
Individuals must complete and submit an application for the service, found on the website. It is not clear if there are criteria for family/individuals' incomes.
