Lutherwood’s Child & Parent program helps separated/divorced parents and non-custodial parties maintain relationships with their children by offering a safe, child-focused and neutral environment for visits and exchanges.
Fridays 6:30 pm - 8:30 pm, Saturday 10:00 am - 3:00 pm, Sunday 1:00 pm - 3:00 pm. All visits and exchanges must be prearranged with a program staff upon completion of intake.

Family Law Information Centre (FLIC) Advice Lawyers
The Family Law Information Clinic that was available on Mondays has been discontinued. Any women experience domestic abuse should be directed to contact Women in Crisis, where they can be given emergency certificates.
Legal Aid Ontario (LAO)
If you are having issues dealing with Family and Children Services call LAO.
Legal Aid Ontario provides a number of different programs for those who qualify financially, including: (a) certificates to cover the cost of lawyer, (b) summary advice and information from a lawyer for up to 20 minutes; (c) Separation Agreement Certificates which cover the cost of a family lawyer to help negotiate and prepare a separation agreement ,for those who qualify financially; (d) legal advice on mediation services; and, (e) expanded certificates for individuals who identify as First Nations, Metis, and Inuit. If you self-identify as First Nations, Metis or Inuit advise Legal Aid Ontario staff.
