The Leader

Back in 2008, Dr. Samuel Sterns was a university professor trying to help Bruce Banner find a cure for his transformations, while operating under the alias of "Mr. Blue". After turning Emil Blonsky into the Abomination, some of Hulk's blood dripped into an open head wound, causing Sterns' cranium to rapidly expand and unlocking his psychic potential. Calling himself the Leader, Sterns embarked on various ambitious criminal schemes, consistently backed by a self-constructed android army of super-strong, virtually invulnerable plastic Humanoids.
