Corrects an error where a Dialog 1 string omitted some text when it included the = character when using a recent update of the extension.
For example, the Use a web application dialog field would display (OOO_WEBTEXT), not https://quickchart.io/qr?size=350&text=(OOO_WEBTEXT) when you had selected the web option to create a QR code.
Change the default language for multilingual speech platforms like svox pico, piper and rhvoice.
When a text string's language is [None] or it is ambiguous, then the speech synthesizer uses a voice with the same language if available, or else an English voice if it is not.
This condition occurs if you select text that includes several languages, or if you specify that you want the spell checker to ignore a selected section.

On a compatible Linux x86-64 distribution, the Read Text Extension 0.8.97 for Apache OpenOffice 4.1.15 supports speech platforms that are compatible with Python 2.7 libraries like espeak, espeak-ng, festival and svox pico. To use contemporary speech synthesis Linux platforms like pied, piper, mimic3 and speech-dispatcher, the host application must be able to support python 3 system libraries. In this screenshot, the language label at the bottom reads [None]. In this case, the extension for Apache OpenOffice reads the selected text using a SVOX Pico English voice because the user's language is English.
