PHONE FORWARDING

TRANSFERRING

1. Press the check mark and confirm the caller is on hold by listening for a dial tone

2. Dial the extension

3. Once answered, announce the caller then hang up or simply hang up

4. Pressing "Connect" will stop the transfer

FORWARDING AN EXTENSION

Morningside & West:

• Use the phone that you want to forward elsewhere

• Press: # 9 1 + [extension you'll be at 23-_ _ _ _ ] + checkmark [located beneath the numeric keypad]

• If you lift the handset off the cradle and place it down again, there should be a flashing red light on the bottom right to indicate that you have successfully forwarded the phone

UNFORWARDING AN EXTENSION

Morningside & West:

• To unforward the phone, go back to the phone that was forwarded elsewhere

• Press: #  # 9 1

• Hang up the phone and the flashing red light should stop flashing to indicate that phone is no longer forwarded
