Limbs of God is manifested as this world as we see. God exists in all of us, always and forever. But where is his existence in us? Like butter exists in milk. We can't see anything in white milk, but butter remains dissolved in it. The butter show its presence when the milk is churned. Likewise God remain dissolved in us, He appears only when we do churning named, 'Sadhana'. Butter is the main ingredient, whenever it's separated from milk, the watery part remains as buttermilk. Likewise God is the prime ingredient, whenever He gets separated out, the watery worthless remaining is 'I', a constitution of bones and flesh. This fact remains ignored by us, and that is why we go on crying and searching for Him here and there, without even trying to understand Him. A deer does not understand / knows the fact, that the fragrance comes from his own navel. The pure enlightening light of 'Atma', the Soul always resides in our own home, the body - how can we expect to find him in outside world where He is inside?
A saint once narrated a story - An artists have drawn a small tree with some special touch of illusion. The head of the tree is like a bush and is looking excellent with branches and leaves. The artists asks people around him to find a cat sitting on the tree of his picture, staring with bright eyes. After analyzing the picture for long none could find any cat in the picture. Then the artists with the help of a stick pointed out to them - See this branch of the tree, it's the tail of the cat, the four branches are it's four leg, the middle of the bushy leaves is the body of the cat, the space between a few leaves is its eyes, the other two leaves are its ears, etc. Once the artists have shown them it's a cat, the illusion vanished. Afterwards, each time they looked at the picture they see the cat staring at them. They come to realize that actually the artists have drawn a cat and not a tree.
Likewise, the illusion of this world vanishes, when 'SadGuru' shows us this world is nothing but God Himself. This is not the world we see, this is the limbs of Gods what we all see around. By 'Sadhana' it can be realized that God Himself is manifesting Himself as this world. Actually there is no world or universe, due to our ignorance we perceive this as world.
The same saint has been once asked - Did you see God? He said -Yes. The man asked with surprise - How did he look? The saint replied - I see exactly the same as what you see; like the picture, you see tree I see the cat; a leafless tree in a full moon night seems to you as a ghost and I find it a dry leafless tree. what you see as the world I see it as God. Does that mean I can see better than you - No. He who can see everything clear and precise, is free from this world.
