Think about a film/video idea for your final project. Here is a list of 60 possible ideas to help get you started. The video does not have to be a traditional "movie".

Another consideration is using drama students in Mrs. Mac's Block B drama class for roles in your video. If you are considering using some students, you need to inform me of who you will need and when. I will relay this information to Mrs. Mac.

1. First you need to script for your "video". YES, every type of video requires a script, you will not receive approval to film or get the school camera until you have submitted a script for review. The script is due WEDNESDAY MAY 29th, 2013. Don't miss this deadline. You can use Celtx, a free online program that will help you with editing your script. The program is free to use for 15 days, but you will have your script complete before then.
Here is a "real" movie script for Braveheart (1995), notice everything is centered, character names are CAPITALS and the line they say is indented right underneath.
2. Next you need to storyboard your video. You can use Bitstrips to create your storyboards.
Remember the Classroom Code's are psds1 for Block A and psds2 for Block B.
Think about the key scene changes and the possible camera angles you might use to make your piece interesting. You should have Here is an example of a storyboard:
3. The video ... again this does not have to be a traditional "movie". The minimum length should be 3 minutes. You may have to create and add commercials if your video is too short. You are responsible for filming and editing the footage. This includes adding appropriate sound effects and music. The completed video will be uploaded to youTube AND ensure Mr. Jones has a copy of the video by WEDNESDAY JUNE 19th, 2013 at the latest.
