bias_frame.py:

• • added sys.argv so input file can be input in command line

  • included documentation on usage

  • changed way csv.reader opens file so precam user can access other users files

  • if dark exposure does not perform filter change to save filter bolt

  • changed potentially bug IF on dark. have to check effect.
