Data Taking:
Measurement can be performed under non-photometric conditions.
Any very bright star will do.
E.g., Beta Aquarii, a V=2.91 G0 star at RA=21:31:33.5, DEC=-05:34:16 (J2000.0) is visible from CTIO throughout the PreCam Survey observing season (although better positioned later in the PreCam observing season).
Generally any star bright enough to be suitable pointing standard (say V less than about 3) would be suitable for this measurement.
One observation per CCD per amp.
Data Analysis:
Generally not the responsibility of the observer.
Analysis will be performed offline.
Maybe we can use Jiangang Hao's cross-talk script?
