For Physics and Math:
Khan Academy! Don't ask me how he does it, but this MIT graduate has put together more than 1000 videos, most between five and ten minutes long, on math and science topics. MANY topics.
On this page, you'll find complete lessons on all sorts of math topics, all hosted through YouTube. When you click on the link for a topic, it brings up a video of the lesson, where he'll walk you through the steps of a typical problem.
Don't worry if the video screen shows no picture at first -- this is Mr. Khan's blank "chalkboard", which will show more as he begins writing.
If you use the videos frequently, please consider giving him a small donation. Khan Academy receives no money from SVHS.
