In order for the meeting to proceed, a quorum (defined as the presence, in person or by proxy, of unit owners holding more than 50% of the beneficial interest in Pondside Condominium Trust) must first be established.
If you are unable to attend the meeting, please complete and sign the attached Proxy designating a neighbor, friend, other person or the Board of Trustees to attend the meeting and vote on your behalf. The completed, signed and dated Proxy should be delivered to R Brown Partners by email ronald@r-brownpartners.com, fax 617-782-1151 or by mailing it to R Brown Partners, 39 Brighton Avenue, Boston, MA 02134. It may also be given to the person you designate as your proxy to bring to the meeting.
Good News! For the 5th year in a row, there will NOT be an increase in monthly condominium fees for the next fiscal year (10/1/13 to 9/30/14).
This is not an election year, as trustees were elected for two-year terms in October 2012.

Unit Owner meetings present an opportunity to learn more about your condominium, to ask questions as well as make recommendations to the Board of Trustees and R Brown Partners.
