Attached is the notice for the Annual Meeting of Unit Owners of Pondside Condominium which will be held this year on Thursday, October 18, 2012 at 7:00pm at Rogerson House – directly across from 33 Lakeville Road at 434 Jamaicaway.
2012 is an election year for the Board of Trustees at Pondside’s Annual Meeting. We hope you will take advantage of the opportunity to participate at Pondside and consider seeking election to the Board of Trustees. Our association has always been well served by the addition of new members with fresh viewpoints and ideas. A combination of seasoned board members and newcomers makes for a most effective board.

The following members of the Board of Trustees will NOT be seeking re-election: Frank Egloff, JoAnn Fitzpatrick, Mark Hoffman and Ruth Solomon.
Susan Jampel and David Mak have indicated they will seek re-election to the board. Please add your name to those persons willing to serve!
The Board of Trustees has been comprised of seven (7) members since 2008. During this four-year period there have been some changes in membership when trustees have vacated the board and others have been appointed. In each instance, it has been difficult to find unit owners willing and able to serve. Consequently, a vote will be taken at the annual meeting as to whether unit owners prefer a board comprised of five or seven members.
