In case you are unsure about whether or not to join the PMHA Pool, consider the following 10 reasons to join:

• It's heated for an extended season.

• Convenient hours.  Open daily 6:00 AM (dawn) - 8 PM (dusk). 

• Guests are free (only non-Pinewood guests allowed since residents can join).

• Shallow end is low enough (3 ft?) for young children to gain confidence in a big pool.

• Flotation devices to assist young children are allowed (with supervision).

• Shade structure provides a nice break from the sun for sleeping infants/toddlers and for those preferring less sun exposure.

• It's close.  Many people in the neighborhood can easily walk to the pool, and you don't have to lug chairs.  Comfortable lounge chairs are provided.

• It promotes a cohesive neighborhood.  With a membership of 90+ families you'll get to know a lot of your neighbors.

• You'll have access to a private pool without the liability or high cost of maintaining your own pool.
