The PMHA bylaws require an annual meeting which includes the election of officers. For many years, the meeting was held in early May. May became too busy with preparations for the annual newsletter/directory and for pool registration/opening. In 2013, the annual meeting was moved to the end of August and held at the Pot Luck and Ice Cream Social PMHA event. Later, it was moved to September/October and held at Essex Police Community Center. In 2020, due to COVID-19 restrictions, it was moved to online to a Zoom meeting.
No meeting was held in 2021. It was postponed and finally held February 10th, 2022.
Minutes are recorded and archived under the Annual Meeting subpage. If annual meeting minutes are missing for a given year, there was no agenda other than the election of officers.
Pool meetings are held as needed. Communication is often via email (and emails are archived). The pool meeting sub-page is provided to share related documents and notes.
